Although we use three main test categories to evaluate the best 100ml Plastic Spray Bottle, we have to test each category multiple times with different types of liquids. Our three categories are durability, design, and application, and we can make the best choice based on these categories.
Durability: Over time, the spray bottle may suffer some damage, so you need a bottle that can withstand bumps, drops, and strong sprays and still work effectively. Durability was also tested through the spray mechanism. If there is liquid leaking from the sprayer itself, the spray bottle scores lower; if there is no liquid from the spray bottle after a few minutes of spraying, the spray bottle scores higher. The overall durability of the spray bottle depends on itself and the degree of help after a strong spray.
Design: The design of the spray bottle is an underestimated aspect. You need a bottle that can hold enough liquid without having to refill it all the time, but it can't be so big that it is too heavy to use at first. The best spray bottle should fit your hand easily, and the trigger should be easy to reach and pull with the least amount of force. We carefully observed the design of each spray bottle that we evaluated, and the scores we got accounted for a large part of our overall score.
Applications: When scoring application categories, we looked at a few different things. One is how easy it is to spray liquids of different concentrations. Another problem is how to fit the spray tube into the bottle, and how much liquid remains in the bottle when it is no longer sprayed. Most importantly, we want to check if any liquid leaks from the nozzle, trigger, or cap during use. In the priority chain we evaluated, this may be our third category, but in the overall score, it is actually as important as durability and design.
