With the rise of modern industry, chemical products have appeared in large numbers, and various plastic and rubber fiber products have emerged one after another. In daily life, plastic products are made into packaging materials such as food packaging bottles and plastic cosmetic bottles due to their low cost, corrosion resistance, good coloring, impact resistance, stable chemical properties, good transparency, and abrasion resistance, etc. But these plastic products themselves also have certain defects.

Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) material is commonly found in mineral water bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, etc. Heat-resistant to 70 degrees Celsius, it is easy to deform, and some harmful substances are melted out. After 10 months of use, plastics may release DEIP, a carcinogen. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is often used in white medicine bottles, cleaning supplies, and bath products. And do not recycle when cleaning is not thorough.

Polyvinyl chloride (VC) is often used in raincoats, building materials, plastic films, plastic boxes, etc. It is very common, but it can only heat up to 81 degrees Celsius. It is easy to produce bad substances at high temperatures, and it is rarely used in food packaging. In addition, it is difficult to clean and easy to remain. Polyethylene (PE) is often used in cling film, plastic bottles, etc. Harmful substances are produced at high temperatures, and toxic substances enter the human body with food, which may cause breast cancer, birth defects of newborns, and other diseases. Polypropylene (PP) is often used in soy milk bottles, yogurt bottles, juice drink bottles, and microwave lunch boxes in daily life. The melting point is as high as 167C. It is the only plastic basin that can be placed in a microwave oven and can be reused after careful cleaning. Polystyrene (PS) is often used in bowls of instant noodle boxes, fast food boxes, etc. Its drawback is that it will release toxic chemicals when placed in a microwave oven due to the high temperature. In addition, carcinogens will be decomposed after loading acid and alkaline substances. Some other plastic products are commonly used in water bottles, space cups, and baby bottles. But it is easy to release the toxic substance bisphenol A, which is harmful to the human body. Do not heat it when using it, and do not expose it to direct sunlight.

In daily life, these plastic products should be heated and recycled as much as possible, so as to avoid the appearance of harmful substances and endanger the health of the human body.
